About Us
TBS Limited have been supporting our clients in London and the South East for over 30 years.
Our clients range from large commercial landlords to small private landlords including schools and colleges. We offer a suite of services to meet all of our client's needs, from planned maintenance to call-outs. We pride ourselves in our professional approach, we are a small, lean organisation which allows us to be nimble and meet the demanding nature of buildings and their tenants.
We are REFCOM F-Gas certified, Safe Contractor certified , Gas Safe registered and L8 Water Hygiene approved
Meet The Directors
Simon Birchmore
Simon has an extensive background in HVAC. He takes an active role in all of the client sites, providing a vast knowledge and skills in this area supporting all of our engineers.
When not working Simon enjoys supporting his football team QPR. He is a family man and enjoys nothing better than a walk with his family and dog Luna.
Clinton
Ridgwell
Clinton has been part of TBS for over 20 years. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the client sites and like Simon supports our engineers onsite.
His hobbies include shooting and spending time with his family.
